Simply answer a Google Form, which will be given to you by our Customer Success Manager. Provide the following company details: Email, Mini Program Name, Mini Program Category, Mini Program Image, and Customer Service Contact Number and Email. You’ll also provide a Store Description, a Slogan of at most 36 characters, and Keywords/Tags that customers can associate with your store for search purposes.
Once you’ve accomplished the form, the rest of the activation process will be handled by our team of experts. The Mini App activation involves the uploading of merchant information to the GCash console, the creation of the actual Mini program, internal testing, and review. This requires a collaboration between the company’s customer success manager, integrations developer, and quality assurance lead. Overall, the process takes three to four weeks to complete.
